What this site collects.
Short version: no cookies on this site, no advertising trackers, no third-party fonts, no accounts. You give us your details only on purpose: by e-mailing us, or by entering your work e-mail to open the portal demo.

This site sets no cookies. That is also why there is no cookie banner —
there is nothing to ask consent for. The portal demo on app.nightforeman.com sets
strictly necessary session cookies, described below.
When you visit a page
The site is static and hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Serving a page necessarily involves Cloudflare processing your IP address and request headers to deliver the content and to protect the site from abuse. That is Cloudflare acting as our hosting and CDN provider; see the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Web fonts are served from this domain, not from Google Fonts or any other font CDN, so visiting a page does not disclose your visit to a third party.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see whether anyone actually reads the site. It is deliberately chosen because of what it does not do: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, does not track anyone across sites, and does not build a profile of you. What we see are aggregate counts — page views, referrers, country, browser and device class. We cannot identify an individual visitor from it.
If you e-mail us
Mail sent to hello@nightforeman.com is routed by Cloudflare Email Routing to a
Google-hosted mailbox. We keep that correspondence so we can follow up on it, and we use it for
nothing but replying to you and, where relevant, discussing a pilot. We do not add you to a
mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone.
If you send us a log
We use the file and your message only to prepare the report and reply. The file is kept in our Google-hosted mailbox and deleted with every copy within 30 days, sooner on request. Please remove operator names or IDs first.
If you open the portal demo
The demo at app.nightforeman.com/demo shows the NightForeman portal with
synthetic data from fictional installations. Before it opens, we ask for your work e-mail and,
if you like, your company. We store them with the time of your visit, the country Cloudflare
derives from your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string, and we receive a
notification of the visit in Telegram
with your e-mail, company and country.
We use this only to know who has looked at the demo and, where it is relevant, to write to you once about a pilot. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share your details. The legal basis is the consent you give in the form; you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us, and we will delete the record. Demo records are deleted after 12 months.
The demo sets two strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie that keeps you in the demo for up to two hours and then expires, and a security cookie that protects the form against cross-site requests, holds no personal data and is deleted when you close the browser. If you use the portal's language or theme switch, it remembers your choice in a cookie as well. A demo session cannot see or change any customer's data.
What we never do
- No advertising or retargeting pixels of any kind.
- No social-media embeds, chat widgets, or session recording.
- No selling or sharing of personal data.
- No automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK or a comparable jurisdiction, you have the right to ask what
personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to our processing
it, and to receive a copy. In practice, for anyone who has neither e-mailed us nor opened the
demo, the answer is that we hold nothing that identifies you. To exercise any of these rights, or to have your
correspondence or demo record deleted, write to hello@nightforeman.com and we will act on it.
You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. The site is small enough that we do not keep an archive of previous versions; ask us if you need one.
Who is responsible
NightForeman is operated by a sole trader registered in Poland and is the data controller for the purposes of the GDPR. Full registration details — registered name, tax identification and postal address — are provided on request to anyone who needs them, including for a data-subject request or a supplier check.
